Delete your account

You can delete your FairwaySplitter account at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

In the app (fastest)

Open FairwaySplitter and go to Profile.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
Confirm when prompted.

Your account and data are removed immediately.

By email

If you can no longer sign in, email privacy@fairwaysplitter.app from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will verify the request and action it within 30 days, as required by UK GDPR.

What gets deleted

Your profile, display name and avatar
Your rounds, scorecards and shot history
Your hole notes
Your swing videos, tracers and any analyses of them
Your posts, comments and friend connections
Your club distances and saved course preferences

What we keep, and why

We retain only what the law requires us to. That is limited to records of transactions for tax and accounting purposes, and any records we need to keep to defend a legal claim. These are held separately from your account and are not used to profile you.

Anonymised, aggregated course statistics that cannot identify you may be retained.

Deleting your account does not cancel a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, so cancel yours in your Apple or Google account settings as well, or it will keep renewing. See Support for the steps.
